Michel Deschamps was a mixed-ancestry member of the Deschamps family who carried mail in the Nipigon River region.[1]
Life
- In the late 1870s he often delivered mail between Red Rock and Nipigon House, sometimes accompanied by James Bouchard.
- Appears to have remained associated with the Red Rock post into the late 1880s.
