George W. Spence was a member of the Fort William Spence family and a resident of Abbotsford.[1]
Family
- Son of Gilbert Spence, the Hudson's Bay Company factor at Pic River, whose family settled at Prince Arthur's Landing and then at the homestead at 1051 Dease Street.[1]
- Named as a surviving brother, of Abbotsford, British Columbia, in the 1956 obituary of Peter William Spence.[1]
