Cam Reid is a co-owner of St. Paul Roastery, a coffee roaster in Thunder Bay, Ontario, which he runs with Stefan Pakylak.[1]
Reid and Pakylak, friends from high school, began roasting coffee at home as a hobby, using popcorn poppers and mail-order supplies and selling to friends and family, before upgrading to a commercial Diedrich roaster and opening St. Paul Roastery on St. Paul Street, next to New Day Records.[1][2]
