Susan Ruttan skied for the Port Arthur Ski Club in the women's invitation races at the 1939 Dominion ski championships on Mount McKay.[1]
Role in skiing
She and her sister represented Port Arthur at the February 1939 meet, held on the hill where Knute Hansen, later a co-founder of Big Thunder, jumped that year.[1] She is probably Susan Ross (née Ruttan), who married in September 1939; this has not been confirmed.
