John McIntyre was a health officer at Prince Arthur's Landing in the 1870s.
Public service
- Served as a Health Officer for Prince Arthur's Landing and Neebing, alongside Adam Oliver and Peter McKellar.[1]
- Attended a meeting held at Oliver, Davidson & Co.'s hall on 20 January 1879, also attended by Peter McKellar, John McKellar, W. I. Connelly, C. N. Black, W. C. Kennedy, Neil McDougall, John McKinnon, A. McLaren, and John McLaurin.[2]
Personal life
- Attended the inauguration of wharf works on the left bank of the Kaministiquia River, about four miles from its mouth, arriving by steamer from Prince Arthur's Landing; Mrs. John McIntyre was present.[3]
