James Brown (died 7 November 1915) was a Canadian soldier who enlisted at Port Arthur in the Canadian Infantry (Manitoba Regiment). Brown died on active service during the First World War.[1]
Service
Brown enlisted at Port Arthur and served as a private (service number 439732) in the Army, Canadian Infantry (Manitoba Regiment) (52nd Bn.).[1]
Death
Brown died of pneumonia on 7 November 1915. He is commemorated at Saint John (Fernhill) Cemetery (grave reference Field of Honour. I.).[1]
