Helen Isabel L'Heureux ((1899-09-30)30 September 1899 – 1 January 1967(1967-01-01) (aged 67)) was a daughter of the Port Arthur locomotive engineer Peter L'Heureux and Mary Ellen O'Hara. She married John Cameron Whiteman Parsons and was the "Mrs. J. C. W. Parsons" who attended her father's ninety-fifth-birthday celebration in 1950.

She was born at Kenora on 30 September 1899 and died at Port Arthur on 1 January 1967.
