Harry Otto Cliff (28 July 1923 – 24 July 1968 (aged 44)) was the husband of Catherine Ellen L'Heureux, a granddaughter of the Port Arthur locomotive engineer Peter L'Heureux. He was born and died at Fort William.[1]
