George King (contractor)

George King (1854 – 1920) was a contractor and assessor in Fort William.[1]

Career

King worked as the Fort William town plot assessor and was engaged in the tanning and shoe business in 1887. He became a road contractor from 1890, working in the Municipality of Neebing. He was Conservative in politics.

Death

King died in 1920.
