William Wright (born 26 September 1889) was a Canadian soldier who enlisted at Port Arthur and served in the First World War.[1]

Wright was born at Glasgow, Scotland on 26 September 1889.[1]
Service
Wright enlisted at Port Arthur in the Canadian Expeditionary Force, 52nd Battalion (regimental number 439289).[1]
Attestation
On enlistment, his trade was given as fireman; his next of kin was recorded as his mother, Mrs. Mary Wright, of 431 Prince Arthur Boulevard, Fort William, Ont..[1]
