W.O. Washburn was a hotel keeper in Port Arthur, in the Thunder Bay District of Ontario.
The estate was probated in the Thunder Bay District surrogate court in 1900 and inventoried at $1,803.74 (equivalent to $72,524 in 2025). He died intestate, without a will.[1]
