T. Marks was a merchant in Port Arthur, in the Thunder Bay District of Ontario.
The estate was probated in the Thunder Bay District surrogate court in 1900 and inventoried at $98,044.00 (equivalent to $3,942,119 in 2025). He died testate, leaving a will, and was survived by one child.[1]
