Sunset Memorial Gardens is a cemetery located in Thunder Bay, Ontario, offering burial plots, cremation gardens, and columbarium niches. The cemetery includes sections dedicated to various faiths and cultures, and maintains manicured grounds year-round. Peter Pakulak is among those interred at the cemetery. So are the Big Thunder founders Knute Hansen (1915–1988), buried with his wife Margaret (1927–2007), and Tor Hansen (1921–2016), whose stone he shares with his wife Maureen.[2]
