S. Greer was a farmer in Oliver Township, in the Thunder Bay District of Ontario.
The estate was probated in the Thunder Bay District surrogate court in 1887 and inventoried at $1,379.50 (equivalent to $51,843 in 2025). He died intestate, without a will.[1]
