R. Milligan was a fisherman in Port Caldwell, in the Thunder Bay District of Ontario.
The estate was probated in the Thunder Bay District surrogate court in 1891 and inventoried at $761.50 (equivalent to $27,336 in 2025). He died intestate, without a will, and was survived by two children.[1]
