R. Maitland was a gentleman in Port Arthur, in the Thunder Bay District of Ontario.
The estate was probated in the Thunder Bay District surrogate court in 1894 and inventoried at $1,518.70 (equivalent to $64,266 in 2025). He died testate, leaving a will.[1]
