Old Fort William
Old Fort William (now Fort William Historical Park) is a reconstruction of the North West Company fur-trade post, at Thunder Bay.
Role in Big Thunder
At the 1993 championships in Falun, members of the Thunder Bay delegation served pancakes in voyageur costumes from Old Fort William while promoting the 1995 Worlds at Big Thunder. The 1995 opening ceremonies also had a voyageur setting.[1][2]
