Mervin Brampton (4 August 1921 – 5 April 1945 (aged 23)) was a Canadian soldier who served in Thunder Bay's Lake Superior Regiment. Brampton died on active service during the Second World War.[1]
Early life
Brampton was born at Cartwright on 4 August 1921.[1]
Service
Brampton enlisted at Dryden and served as a corporal (service number H/46139) in the Army, Lake Superior Regiment ((Motor), R).[1]
Death
Brampton died on 5 April 1945, aged 23. He is commemorated at Holten Canadian War Cemetery (grave reference X. G. 1.).[1]
