Lakehead Living

From thunderbay.wiki

Lakehead Living was a magazine published at Thunder Bay in the 1980s.

Role in Big Thunder history

In 1987 it ran an article by Diane Imrie of the Northwestern Ontario Sports Hall of Fame. The article said Knute Hansen, later a co-founder of Big Thunder, jumped 155 feet off the Mount McKay jump in 1939, a hill and Ontario record.[1]
