John McMillan McLean (born 27 July 1896) was a Canadian soldier who enlisted at Port Arthur and served in the First World War.[1]
Early life
McLean was born at Glasgow, Scotland on 27 July 1896.[1]
Service
McLean enlisted at Port Arthur in the Canadian Expeditionary Force, 240th Battalion (regimental number 1043050).[1]
Attestation
On enlistment, his trade was given as teamster; his next of kin was recorded as his mother, Bella Annie McLean, of 753 Barbers St. Fort William Canada.[1]
