J. Watt was a light house keeper in Nipigon, in the Thunder Bay District of Ontario.
The estate was probated in the Thunder Bay District surrogate court in 1897 and inventoried at $2,992.39 (equivalent to $141,522 in 2025). He died testate, leaving a will.[1]
