J. Burke was a railway section foreman in Gravel River, in the Thunder Bay District of Ontario.
The estate was probated in the Thunder Bay District surrogate court in 1892 and inventoried at $50.00 (equivalent to $1,971 in 2025). He died testate, leaving a will, and was survived by one child.[1]
