J. Bailey was a street car conductor in Port Arthur, in the Thunder Bay District of Ontario.
The estate was probated in the Thunder Bay District surrogate court in 1900 and inventoried at $2,500.00 (equivalent to $100,519 in 2025). He died testate, leaving a will.[1]
