Help in Hand
Help in Hand is a mental health initiative for youth in Northwestern Ontario.[1]

- August 2026: The initiative was launched on July 29, 2026, in Thunder Bay to support student mental health through digital tools and educator training. It received a $2 million investment from the Youth Mental Health Fund to provide resources across Northwestern Ontario. The project is a collaboration between Lakehead University, Dilico Anishinabek Family Care, and other community mental health agencies.[1]
