Halvor Benson (died 10 November 1917) was a Canadian soldier who enlisted at Fort William in the Canadian Infantry (Manitoba Regiment). Benson died on active service during the First World War.[1]
Service
Benson enlisted at Fort William and served as a private (service number 198523) in the Army, Canadian Infantry (Manitoba Regiment) (8th Bn.).[1]
Death
Benson died on 10 November 1917. He is commemorated at Menin Gate (Ypres) Memorial (grave reference Panel 24 - 26 - 28 - 30).[1]
