George Gresham Stanley Hills (died 17 June 1940) was a Canadian soldier from Port Arthur in the Royal Air Force. Hills died on active service during the Second World War.[1]
Early life
Hills was born in Port Arthur, the son of George Charles Hills and Rosabelle Marion Hills.[1]
Service
Hills served as a sergeant (service number 631209) in the Air Force, Royal Air Force (98 Sqdn.).[1]
Death
Hills was killed in action, abord the s.s. lancastrian when it was sunk by a german bomb on 17 June 1940. He is commemorated at Runnymede Memorial.[1]
