Frank Ball (12 August 1889 – 26 September 1916 (aged 27)) was a Canadian soldier who enlisted at Fort William in the Canadian Infantry (Saskatchewan Regiment). Ball died on active service during the First World War.[1]
Early life
Ball was born on 12 August 1889, the son of William Ball and Elizabeth Ball.[1]
Service
Ball enlisted at Fort William and served as a private (service number 198503) in the Army, Canadian Infantry (Saskatchewan Regiment) (28th Bn.).[1]
Death
Ball died on 26 September 1916, aged 27. He is commemorated at Vimy Memorial.[1]
