F. S. Wiley (fl. 1894) was a merchant and Board of Trade council member active in Fort William and Port Arthur, Ontario.[1]
Wiley served as a council member of the Board of Trade in Fort William. He was also associated with the firm Wiley & Co, listed in Port Arthur.
