David Cliff (died 13 June 1916) was a Canadian soldier who enlisted at Port Arthur in the Canadian Infantry (Manitoba Regiment). Cliff died on active service during the First World War.[1]
Early life
the son of Daniel Cliff and Margaret Cliff.[1]
Service
Cliff enlisted at Port Arthur and served as a private (service number 438448) in the Army, Canadian Infantry (Manitoba Regiment) (52nd Bn.).[1]
Death
Cliff died on 13 June 1916, aged 34. He is commemorated at Railway Dugouts Burial Ground (grave reference IV. A. 7.).[1]
