Charles Woodrow Wilson Peck ((1917-07-04)4 July 1917 – 7 November 1942(1942-11-07) (aged 25)) was a Canadian soldier from Fort William in the Royal Canadian Air Force. Peck died on active service during the Second World War.[1]

Early life

Peck was born in Fort William on 4 July 1917, the son of Robert Samuel Peck and Erminnie Ann Mary Peck.[1]

Service

Peck enlisted at Winnipeg and served as a flight sergeant (service number R/100368) in the Air Force, Royal Canadian Air Force (207 (R.A.F.) Sqdn).[1]

Death

Peck died of lancaster aircraft shot down on 7 November 1942, aged 25. He is commemorated at Champignol-Lez-Mondeville Churchyard (grave reference Grave 5.).[1]
