Burpee Clair Churchill (died 15 August 1918) was a Canadian soldier who enlisted at Port Arthur in the Canadian Infantry (Manitoba Regiment). Churchill died on active service during the First World War.[1]
Early life
the son of Joseph R. Churchill and Minnie H. Churchill.[1]
Service
Churchill enlisted at Port Arthur and served as a lieutenant in the Army, Canadian Infantry (Manitoba Regiment) (52nd Battalion).[1]
Death
Churchill died on 15 August 1918, aged 28. He is commemorated at Roye New British Cemetery (grave reference I. B. 14.).[1]
