Alfred Saxberg (born 11 November 1895) was a Canadian soldier from Port Arthur who served in the First World War.[1]
Early life
Saxberg was born in Port Arthur on 11 November 1895.[1]
Service
Saxberg enlisted at Port Arthur in the Canadian Expeditionary Force, 52nd Battalion (regimental number 439467).[1]
Attestation
On enlistment, his trade was given as butcher; his next of kin was recorded as his mother, Mrs. G. Saxberg, of 1008 St. Edwards St. Ft. William.[1]
