Albert Sellers was a grain broker in Fort William, in the Thunder Bay District of Ontario.
The estate was probated in the Thunder Bay District surrogate court in 1925 and inventoried at $134,000.00 (equivalent to $2,417,890 in 2025). He died testate, leaving a will.[1]
First automobile in Fort William
The 1924–1925 Papers of the Thunder Bay Historical Society (which record the surname as "Sellars") credit Albert Sellers as the first person to bring an automobile to Fort William.

- On one occasion drove Jim Whalen and "Cap" McAllister out about halfway to the Cape over the ice, to where a tug was breaking a passage for incoming boats.[3]
