Albert Ernest Wray (born 28 November 1896) was a Canadian soldier who enlisted at Port Arthur and served in the First World War.[1]
Early life
Wray was born at Tintwistle, Cheshire, England on 28 November 1896.[1]
Service
Wray enlisted at Port Arthur in the Canadian Expeditionary Force, 1st Depot Battalion Manitoba Regt. (regimental number 2384049).[1]
Attestation
On enlistment, his trade was given as machinist; his next of kin was recorded as his mother, Mrs Harriett Fray, of 350 East Brook street Fort William, Ontario, Canada.[1]
