A. Steele was a resident of Peninsula Harbour, in the Thunder Bay District of Ontario.
Steele's estate was probated in the Thunder Bay District surrogate court in 1885 and inventoried at $1,000.00 (equivalent to $36,552 in 2025). Steele died intestate, without a will.[1]
