Walter Frederick Blackmore (born (1876-08-16)16 August 1876) was a Canadian soldier who enlisted at Port Arthur and served in the First World War.[1]

Early life

Blackmore was born at Exeter, England on 16 August 1876.[1]

Service

Blackmore enlisted at Port Arthur in the Canadian Expeditionary Force (regimental number 820970).[1]

Attestation

On enlistment, his trade was given as shoemaker; his next of kin was recorded as his wife, Emily Blackmore, of Rainy River, Ont.[1]
