Treaty No. 5 is a treaty with portions located in Ontario.[1]

- November 2013: The Nishnawbe Aski Nation represents communities within the Ontario portions of this treaty. The 2013 education declaration claims that the government of Canada must honour educational commitments made through this agreement.[2]
- June 2014: The Ontario portions of this treaty are represented by the Nishnawbe Aski Nation political territorial organization.[1]
