In Anishinabek News
- August 2025: The group organized a direct-action protest at Serpent River First Nation on August 14, 2025, to oppose the aerial spraying of glyphosate in forests. Founded over a decade ago, the organization has lobbied both the federal and provincial governments and held demonstrations at Parliament Hill and Queen's Park. The group argues that herbicide use converts natural forests into plantations and negatively impacts wildlife, medicines, and aquatic life.[1]
