Contains two former locals: Ryan Marchand and Jesse LaBerge.
Surface Rising remains dedicated to its Thunder Bay roots and is glad to have brought the Atlanta guys to live here and experience the scene the 3 times we have been back. T-Bay has some of the greatest artistry and a very unique scene. Someday we hope it will be nationaly recognized if not far more.
