Salter Charles Askin (born 14 September 1899) was a Canadian soldier who enlisted at Fort William and served in the First World War.[1]

Askin was born at Windsor, Canada on 14 September 1899.[1]
Service
Askin enlisted at Fort William in the Canadian Expeditionary Force (regimental number 243).[1]
Attestation
On enlistment, his trade was given as student; his next of kin was recorded as his mother, Emily Askin, of 57 Church St., Windsor Ont..[1]
