The "OUT OF THE GARAGE" Concert series is sponsored by the City of Thunder Bay through the Youth Zone, as well as the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium. It is the "Summer In The Parks" answer to music for youth and teens. It runs twice every summer at Marina Park.
