John Stevenson (born 24 August 1874) was a Canadian soldier who enlisted at Port Arthur and served in the First World War.[1]
Early life
Stevenson was born at Glasgow, Scotland on 24 August 1874.[1]
Service
Stevenson enlisted at Port Arthur in the Canadian Expeditionary Force (regimental number 439496).[1]
Attestation
On enlistment, his trade was given as railway carpenter; his next of kin was recorded as his wife, Mrs. J. Stevenson, of New Mill Farm, Burrelton, Perth.[1]
