John Sawaskey (born 7 August 1889) was a Canadian soldier who enlisted at Port Arthur and served in the First World War.[1]

Sawaskey was born at Grand Rapids, United States on 7 August 1889.[1]
Service
Sawaskey enlisted at Port Arthur in the Canadian Expeditionary Force, 94th Battalion (regimental number 199047).[1]
Attestation
On enlistment, his trade was given as stationary fireman; his next of kin was recorded as his wife, MRS. Hild Sawasky, of 77. Ontario ST. Pt. Arthur. Ontario Canada.[1]
