John Murdock (born 15 August 1873) was a Canadian soldier who enlisted at Port Arthur and served in the First World War.[1]
Early life
Murdock was born at Mauchline, Ayrshire, Scotland on 15 August 1873.[1]
Service
Murdock enlisted at Port Arthur in the Canadian Expeditionary Force, 94th Overseas Battalion (regimental number 198086).[1]
Attestation
On enlistment, his trade was given as moulder; his next of kin was recorded as his daughter, Agnes Murdoch, of Port Elgin, Ont. Canada.[1]
