John McMillan (born 27 July 1898) was a Canadian soldier who enlisted at Fort William and served in the First World War.[1]
Early life
McMillan was born at Glasgow, Scotland on 27 July 1898.[1]
Service
McMillan enlisted at Fort William in the Canadian Expeditionary Force, 212th Battalion (regimental number 261666).[1]
Attestation
On enlistment, his trade was given as teamster; his next of kin was recorded as his father, William McMillan, of 1753 Harkness St. Ft. William.[1]
