Indigenous Community Medicine Garden
Indigenous Community Medicine Garden is a garden located next to the Balmoral Street bridge in Thunder Bay.[1]

- June 2026: The site was established by the Lakehead Region Conservation Authority to offer a space for healing and to honor lives lost in local waterways. The garden features plants native to Northwestern Ontario, including traditional medicines such as sage, cedar, sweetgrass, and tobacco. A community collaboration painting project is planned for a bench at the center of the garden during the summer of 2026.[1]
