Fort Theatre was a theatre in Fort William, Ontario, listed in the 1950 directory.[1] It was located in the Westfort district of Fort William.[2]
Owners and staff
- William "Scotty" Baird (1911–2004), Fort William contractor and businessman, was an owner of or key partner in the Fort Theatre.[3]
- Gordon Carson, later mayor of Fort William, was reported as the theatre's manager in 1947.[4]
- Peggy Dromisky (née Stenback, 1936–2024), later a teacher, had her first job at the Fort Theatre in Westfort.[2]
