Edward Henry Wootton (born 17 September 1887) was a Canadian soldier who enlisted at Port Arthur and served in the First World War.[1]
Early life
Wootton was born at London, England on 17 September 1887.[1]
Service
Wootton enlisted at Port Arthur in the Canadian Expeditionary Force (regimental number 438041).[1]
Attestation
On enlistment, his trade was given as laborer; his next of kin was recorded as his brother, George Ellison, of Second Dragoons, Royal Scotch Greys.[1]
