Charles Albert Wink (born 18 January 1879) was a Canadian soldier who enlisted at Port Arthur and served in the First World War.[1]
Early life
Wink was born at Finby Biernosohn, Finland on 18 January 1879.[1]
Service
Wink enlisted at Port Arthur in the Canadian Expeditionary Force, 223rd Overseas Battalion (regimental number 294343).[1]
Attestation
On enlistment, his trade was given as farmer; his next of kin was recorded as his mother, Sophia Hinstrom, of Finby Bjerno Finlands.[1]
