Breaking Free from Violence is a support and advocacy program for women.[1]

- August 2026: The program moved from a site on Syndicate Avenue to a new office on Golf Links Road in Thunder Bay as of August 2026. It focuses on teaching women to advocate for themselves, navigating systems, and providing education on parenting and healthy lifestyles. The initiative includes the Parenting Across the Life Cycle program to support families through advocacy and lifestyle promotion.[1]
